I (parent/guardian), for myself, any other parent and the participant, in connection with my child(ren), (“the participant”) participating in any activities administered by Handwriting Solutions, LLC (“Company”) including Contractors of Company, hereby agree as follows:
The undersigned release and discharge Company for injury, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, heirs, assigns, staff or third parties.

I, the undersigned, for themselves, any other parent, and the participant and Company, and its current and former officers, directors, employees, attorneys, representatives, agents, and contractors from all liability relating to injuries, illnesses, or any harm that may occur during participation in activities administered by Company. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in learning activities. These include but are not limited to entering and exiting the property, utilizing manipulatives, writing utensils, and online platforms with internet access, and occupying a physical or virtual space that may be shared with others. I swear that the participant and I are participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

I/WE HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE COMPANY, its Trustees, officers, employees, agents or volunteers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON MY/OUR ACCOUNT CAUSED BY OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES.” I/WE FURTHER AGREE, that if, despite this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEEMENT I/WE, or my/our minor child/ward, or anyone on my/our behalf make a claim against any of the Releasees, I/WE WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, arbitration expenses, medical expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or cost which may be incurred as the result of such claim.
I/WE HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I/WE FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THE RELEASE, I/WE VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS AND ACKNOWLEDGE READING, UNDERSTANDING, AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, GUIDELINES, WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM.
